This Mother’s Day, treat Mom to a delicious brunch at the Radisson Hotel New Rochelle, where award-winning executive chef Bill Rosenberg has created a menu with many favorites. The lavish brunch will be offered Sunday, May 13 at 1 Radisson Plaza, New Rochelle. Seatings are at 1 and 4 PM.
Chef Rosenberg is whipping up a feast fit for a queen. At just $24.95 per person and half price for children under 12 plus tax and gratuity, guests can enjoy an incredible array of culinary creations from made-to-order omelets to an assortment of bagels, cream cheeses as well as tuna salad, egg salad and smoked chicken salad.
A choice of salads includes fresh mozzarella and tomato with a basil vinaigrette dressing; Caesar salad with a garlic aioli dressing, croutons and parmigiano cheese; new potato and green bean salad with toasted almonds and red wine vinaigrette; seasonal mixed greens and assorted breads.
There are four entrée dishes: a poached salmon with pickled cucumbers and gribiche sauce; sautéed chicken with leeks, mushrooms, tomatoes prepared with Chardonnay wine and whole grain mustard cream; a low roasted porchetta with caramelized shallot pork jus; and a farfalle (bow-tie pasta) primavera with tomatoes, basil and mozzarella. There will also be sides of roasted potatoes and buttered seasonal vegetables.
For dessert, there will be a Mother’s Day cake as well as an assortment of fruits and sweets.
